On account of the crimes they committed when preventing Dominic from being sent to prison, the Torettos were forced to live outside of the States in countries without extradition treaties and away from home. When Dominic and Brian began searching Los Angeles for the whereabouts of Letty's killer, they frequently returned to 1327 until they were forced to depart. Mia attended her funeral and returned home to find her brother waiting for her. When Mia learned of Letty's death, she called her brother in Panama to let him know. She was visited frequently by Letty, who attempted to repair the damaged Dodge Charger Dominic used in his race against Brian before disappearing. When Jesse was killed in Lance and Johnny Tran's drive-by, Mia was the only person left at the house with Jesse's body.įollowing the disappearance of her brother, Mia continued to live at the family home. The house soon became a center of conflict when a runaway Jesse returned to Dominic with the car he owed Johnny Tran. While Vince was vocal about his mistrust of Brian, Dominic and Mia welcomed him into their home, and eventually he integrated into their makeshift family. His presence put Dominic's friends, Letty, Leon, Jesse and Vince on edge and created distrust in the atmosphere of the party taking place in his living room. The Fast and the Furiousįollowing the destruction of Brian's 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse, which Brian owed to Dom, as well as saving Dom from the police, Dominic invited him to his home as a way of thanking him. The Toretto siblings were raised at 1327 by their parents and remained at their family's residence well into adulthood. The house was originally owned by Jack Toretto, a stock car racer and the father of Dominic, Jakob, and Mia.
